We provide real estate brokerage services. We are not a law firm, lender, debt collector, or loan servicer. Information on this site is general and educational — not legal, tax, credit, or financial advice.

2. SMS Terms (text messaging program)

• Program description: Professional Brokers Group sends recurring marketing and informational text messages to people who opt in, such as real estate market updates, property and listing information, appointment reminders, and follow-ups about your inquiry.
• How to opt in: Check the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our website form at https://coshortsaleexperts.com/sms-opt-in and submit the form with your phone number. Checking the box is voluntary and is not required to submit the form. If you previously replied STOP, you can reply START to resume messages.
• Sending number: Texts are sent from (303) 800-8227.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Cancel (STOP): Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time (END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and STOPALL also work). You will receive one confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help (HELP): Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or contact us at (720) 299-7373 or pjanisch@grmbroker.com.
• Consent not required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 4. Website use

You may use this site for lawful purposes related to real estate brokerage inquiries. Do not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt service or submitting false information).
